Breakfast
A closed Beefeater sign does not necessarily mean breakfast has ended.
Premier Inn continues to advertise cooked and continental breakfast at its hotels. Its official food information also describes an offer in which up to two children under 16 eat breakfast free when an adult orders the qualifying breakfast. Prices, times and the exact serving space can change, so the individual hotel page or reception is the best final check.
Evening meals
The former restaurant may now support the hotel rather than trade as Beefeater.
Whitbread has moved towards integrated hotel dining: food and drink provided as part of the Premier Inn stay rather than through a separate restaurant brand. At some former Beefeaters, the official venue information says breakfast, evening meals and drinks continue for hotel guests even though public walk-in service has ended.
That wording matters. A hotel may serve meals without operating as a public restaurant in the old sense. Before travelling solely to eat, check the specific Premier Inn page, its booking confirmation or the hotel directly. This archive labels confirmed guest-only arrangements as “Hotel guests only” rather than describing the venue as fully reopened.
Premier Inn Meal Deal
The deal is tied to the participating hotel restaurant.
Premier Inn’s official Meal Deal combines breakfast with a two-course dinner and a selected drink. The company says availability and prices vary and the offer applies at the associated restaurant, so it should be checked for the hotel being booked rather than assumed from another location.
Booking the hotel does not establish that a former public restaurant is open to non-residents. Treat those as separate questions.
