Accountability
The archive is operated by One Last Table archive. Questions, corrections, privacy requests and photograph concerns can be sent to webmaster@beefeatermemories.co.uk.
One Last Table archive is the public project name, not a separate company, charity or part of Whitbread. The editorial standards and revision log explain the project’s evidence labels, review practice and accountability boundary.
The project exists to document a British restaurant chain accurately and warmly as its official pages, buildings and signs begin to change.
Major factual claims are linked to primary records, contemporary news, trade archives or local-history sources. Conflicting dates and counts are shown rather than silently reconciled. Company statements are labelled as company positions, and reader memories are kept separate from documented history.
Read the standards and revision log →If a name, address, date, attribution or local detail is wrong, email the page URL, the disputed wording and any source that supports the correction. Substantive corrections are checked before the page edition and modified date are updated.
Request a correction →Licensed venue photographs carry creator, source and licence details. Editorial reconstructions are explicitly labelled. If you own rights in an image and believe it is incorrectly used or credited, provide the page, image description and evidence of your interest for prompt review.
Request a review or takedown →Public contributions are moderated by a human and never appear automatically. Only warm, positive, family-friendly recollections are considered. Light edits may correct spelling or length without changing meaning. Publication is not guaranteed.
