Reward Club points
The deadlines have passed.
The official Reward Club terms say points could be earned, and missing-points claims submitted, until 24 August 2026. Members then had until 31 August to convert or use points and vouchers. Any points remaining at 7am on Tuesday 1 September expired.
The same terms say expired points cannot be transferred, redeemed or reinstated. In other words, the closure did not create a later redemption window for unused Reward Club balances.
Reward vouchers
Vouchers created from points shared the final deadline.
Reward Club’s official customer-support page said points and vouchers had to be used by 31 August 2026. It also listed the participating Whitbread restaurant brands while the scheme was running. Those were loyalty rewards governed by Reward Club’s terms; they should not automatically be treated as the same product as a paid gift card.
Paid gift cards
Check the issuer before assuming the Reward Club dates apply.
This archive has not found a current official Beefeater page that gives one post-closure rule for every paid gift card, e-voucher or third-party dining voucher. The safe course is to identify the company named on the card, read its current terms and contact the issuer if the answer is unclear. Do not send card numbers, PINs or account details to this archive.
